Return Requirements

Because we work with third party logistics and suppliers , we do not accept physical returns.
Instead, we will resolve your issue with a full or partial refund or a free replacement (case by case).

 

Non Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds if:

  • You provided an incorrect shipping address

  • You changed your mind after the order shipped

  • The product was delivered successfully but you “no longer want it” 


Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 4 to 7 business days

  • The funds will be returned to your original payment method
